Synopsis:
The population of Japan is aging considerably, and care for the elderly has become costly. The government proposes a solution: a bed machine that can provide the patient with all the essentials (and non-essential) that a real nurse might offer. Haruko is one of these nurses, as well as Mr. Takazawa's your patient, who was chosen as a guinea pig for such a machine bed. Feeling that his protege is suffering from lack of love from which one can not offer mechanical bed, she tries to save him from what thinks is a martyrdom for him.
